African Safari Plates Workshop — a colourful guided pottery painting session inspired by beautiful African sunsets and safari silhouettes.
During this creative workshop, painters will learn simple blending techniques to create a warm sunset sky before adding bold black silhouette designs including elephants, lions, rhinos, giraffes and safari trees. We’ll also use scratch techniques to create an African-inspired patterned rim around the edge of the plate for a striking finished effect.
This workshop is perfect for younger painters aged 7+ as the techniques are fun, effective and achievable for all abilities while still creating a really impressive final piece to display at home.
